PerkComm Inc. is looking for a creative and detail-driven
Art Director
who will collaborate closely with our Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, and Creative Team to produce effective, visually compelling campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the ACD, CD, and Creative Team to develop and execute concept boards, storyboards, layouts, digital materials, collaterals, and BTL requirements.
  • Understand client products, target audiences, and competitor activities to create relevant and impactful creative outputs.
  • Present and clear compres with the ACD and CD before turnover to Accounts for client presentation.
  • Oversee campaigns during production and attend shoots/recordings as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality output and consistency across multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Confidently present and sell creative ideas to the team and clients.
  • Participate in brainstorming, art direction, and production processes.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and efficient use of time and resources.
  • Uphold a positive attitude despite tight deadlines and production pressures.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables with attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for creating effective visual work.
