Sales Admin Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to Mindanao Sales Associates especially if they are on field
- Prepares quotations and submission of request (such as request for payment for office rental and utilities, stock withdrawal, canvass form, pull out form, etc.)
- Receives client calls and coordinates with Sales Associates handling the account to address immediate concerns
- Assigned in monitoring and coordination of special letters for approval
- Assists in deliveries and pull outs from clients.
- Assists in deliveries and pick-ups
- Assists in collections and bank errands
- Assists in hotel bookings and flight schedule options in preparation of gameplan and monitoring of approval
- Prepares documents for Government Bidding (printing, tabbing and sealing) and Client Accreditation Requirements
- Summarizes Management Reports
- Updates monitoring link of Cash Advances & Request for Payment
- Prepares request for weekly office supplies, brochures, marketing collaterals and forms
- Prepares / Generate training certificates for seminars
- Maintains good housekeeping of the satellite office
