Join a multi-cultural finance team driving regulatory compliance and data integrity across global reporting initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge Finance, Change, and Data Governance teams to implement frameworks, close compliance gaps, and enhance reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and implement regulatory data frameworks (Basel, BCBS 239, IFRS)
  • Identify and resolve compliance gaps in financial reporting
  • Liaise across teams to align data-related initiatives
  • Contribute to regulatory projects and change management efforts
  • Recommend improvements in data governance and reporting processes
  • Provide timely updates and insights to stakeholders

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Experience in data management and regulatory reporting
  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong understanding of Basel, BCBS 239, IFRS, or similar frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and proactive mindset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
