We're looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to join Officium UK and play a key role in growing one of our client base. This is a high-impact sales position where you'll focus primarily on closing inbound opportunities while also developing targeted outbound strategies with the support of their Sales Campaigns.
From engaging prospects on demos to managing opportunities in their CRM, you'll own the full sales cycle, building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers while also supporting targeted outbound opportunities. This role is primarily focused on sales, leading product demos, managing prospects through the pipeline, and closing deals over Zoom.
You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from the first engagement to contract signing, while ensuring accurate CRM management and strong follow-through. With a structured training program, modern sales tools, and a collaborative team, you'll be set up to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to and qualify inbound/outbound leads
• Run compelling product demos via Zoom to showcase value and drive conversions.
• Manage select outbound opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM, ensuring a clear view of pipeline activity and opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Support administrative sales tasks and collaborate closely with the team and client leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
• More than 3 years of Senior Sales experience, ideally in SaaS or a B2B tech environment.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas/KPIs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; you know how to lead an engaging demo.
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and staying organised in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy but also works well in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with prospects and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
• Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges and objections.
