URGENT Reporting Data Analyst

What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reporting Data Analyst or a related data-driven role
Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel)
Microsoft PowerPivot
- Microsoft PowerQuery
- DAX Functions
- Database Management/Maintenance (SQL, SharePoint, other cloud DB software)
- PowerBI
- Creating and Publishing Financial Dashboards, i.e. Profit and Loss, EBIT Dashboard, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience in working with large data sets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively present data-driven recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Knowledge of the call center/BPO industry and experience in a similar role would be an advantage
