Account Specific Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accuracy of billed claims
  • Reconciling batches from sites/facilities and ensuring all services provided were billed in a timely manner

Requirements

  • BPO experience is a PLUS (not required)
  • Proficient in using MS Tools (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Good verbal & written English skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
