Role Overview

The Field Operations Associate is responsible for supporting office and field operations by handling product deliveries, installations, and client demonstrations, as well as completing company errands and logistical tasks. This role ensures that products, documents, and packages are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with professionalism, while providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and install massage chairs and other products at client locations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explaining proper usage, care, and warranty details.
  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and office materials within and outside the office.
  • Run errands such as bank transactions, bill payments, and supply purchases.
  • Ensure safe, timely, and accurate handling of all deliveries, demonstrations, and errands.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Assist the technical team during company events, ensuring proper setup and logistics support.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of delivery handling, installation, and customer service.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months work experience in any field
  • Physically fit and willing to travel for demos, errands, and deliveries.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
