We're looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Purchasing Staff to join our construction team. If you're flexible, willing to learn, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, this might be for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project coordinators for material requests and deliveries
- Handle purchasing of construction materials and supplies
- Book deliveries using apps like Lalamove, Grab, InDrive, Joyride, Angkas, etc.
- Monitor and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to project sites
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
- Follow instructions accurately and work well under pressure
Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiar with transportation/delivery apps (Lalamove, Grab, InDrive, Joyride, Angkas, etc.)
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly
- Flexible and dependable team player
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
