Location: Remote work from home initially / Must move to Makati office in 6 months

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 PHP (depending on experience) + bonus + commission
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm (Philippines Time)
About the Role:
Resource Partners Australia are a leading Australian recruitment agency with offices in Sydney and Perth, Australia. We specialise in recruitment across the Mining and Construction sector and we're at the forefront of major Australian mining and infrastructure projects.
This is a fast paced role, where multi-tasking and quick thinking is required, You will be managing up to 20 vacant positions for Screening and interviewing candidates, prior to forwarding suitable candidates to our account management team based in Perth or Sydney.
You will be focusing on Candidate Communication and be a pivotal part of the candidate engagement and recruitment process. With a keen eye for identifying potential talents, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and establishing initial contact. This specialised role emphasises advanced communication skills, adept use of tools and platforms like LinkedIn, and management of our ATS Database (Bullhorn).
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Leverage various methods to identify and evaluate potential candidates.
Resume Matching: Systematically search our internal database for candidates that align with job specifications.
LinkedIn Outreach: Actively message and engage with potential candidates on LinkedIn to extend opportunities.
Pre-interview Screening: Execute preliminary interviews to validate candidates against specified criteria.
Interview Coordination: Facilitate interview schedules with Account Managers and Senior Recruitment Consultants.
Candidate Communication: Regularly liaise with candidates via phone and email to provide updates, gather insights, or clarify details.
ATS Management: Assure that Bullhorn ATS is up-to-date with all candidate interactions and status changes.
Team Interaction: Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Recruitment Team for a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must possess a college degree. (required)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; advanced communication skills are essential. (required)
- Demonstrable ability to adapt, respond swiftly, and think on one's feet. (required)
- Adeptness in establishing rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. (required)
- Comfortable with phone and email communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times. (required)
- Self-managing, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work autonomously. (required)
- Immediate availability to commence. (required)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection. (required)
- A dedicated home office space, equipped with necessary tools and devoid of distractions or noise. (required)
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in recruitment or a similar capacity is an advantage (preferred but not required)
- Experience using Bullhorn ATS (required)
- Robust interpersonal skills and a genuine drive to understand candidate aspirations and motivations (required)
- Technological adeptness, especially with platforms like LinkedIn and various ATS software. (preferred but not required)
