Job Summary:

Our People Team is made up of Payscale's HR, Talent, Enablement and PMO functions. We're here to ensure that our employees can be their full selves at work and provide all of the tools, programs, and resources they need to thrive In particular, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all global full-cycle recruiting, partnering with business leaders to build best-in-class teams that enable us to meet (& exceed) our company objectives.

Our ideal Senior Talent Partner will be able to successfully partner with hiring managers, establish relationships with hard to find and in-demand candidates, ensure diverse candidate pool pipelines and actively source, all while providing an outstanding candidate experience. This person will be a key contributor in helping us meet company goals.

This role will report to our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition and work closely with Site Leadership in our Manila office.

In This Role You Will:

  • Perform full cycle recruiting independently for a variety of requisitions across revenue, customer, marketing, technology, finance, people, and other departments.
  • Support hiring across our global teams in The Philippines, United States, United Kingdom, Romania, and Canada.
  • Support recruiting strategy by building proactive, diverse talent pipelines through passive sourcing.
  • Partner effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Total Rewards, etc.).
  • Lead impactful intake meetings with hiring managers to establish candidate personas and thoughtful interview plans.
  • Identify and attract highly skilled candidates that match the organization's needs and the job requirements using creative sourcing techniques.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Accurately parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes and perform interviews to analyze applicant's abilities.
  • Consistently gather relevant metrics to improve recruiting activities and effectiveness, focusing on pipeline and sourcing data, candidate experience, and employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, our ATS, job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Commit to creating an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Utilize your strong documentation and organizational skills, to ensure candidate data and job postings are compliant using our ATS, Ashby.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably with emphasis in global full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting diverse roles such as, Go-to-Market, Sales, Data, Customer Success, G&A, and more
  • Preferably a blend of recruiting experience both in-house and agency
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience using Ashby or a similar ATS is a plus.
  • Experience working in SaaS is a plus

Your Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Outstanding networking and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
  • Proven organizer with an understanding of the big picture while fearlessly prioritizing to achieve your goals.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects/tasks assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities across the team

Payscale Manila has an employee centric hybrid model that provides you the flexibility to do your best work in a space that supports you, while also finding time to collaborate in person in our office for the moments that matter.

In our hybrid model, employees can work from the location that works best for them when our team is not scheduled to be in the office.

  • High-Speed Internet - A stable broadband or fiber connection (satellite is highly discouraged) with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace that has a reliable Wi-Fi signal.
  • Device for Multifactor Authentication (MFA/2FA) - smartphone, tablet, etc.

Payscale has employees across the US, Canada, UK, The Philippines and Romania however we are currently unable to hire in the Quebec Province, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii.
