Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Assist in receiving checks and scanning of Certificates of Withholding Tax (CWTs) from collectors, MCPU and courier.


• Performs deposit of bank transactions related to checks issued future dated including log receipt, safekeeping, deposit slip, QR codes preparation.


• Arrange credit documents in the shared folders for record management.


• Help with the filing and organizing the following:

✓ Scanned BIR 2307 per batch uploaded

✓ Used booklet of Provisional Receipts

✓ Blue copy of Provisional Receipts and payment details (voucher) if any.

✓ Blue copy advance Collection Receipts.

✓ Assist in Record Management System Implementation program.


• Performs quick errands check collections from nearby Makati areas as maybe required.

✓ Assist in the printing of advance Collection Receipts

✓ Assist in collating and giving the collection itinerary to the collectors.


• Provide wide variety of credit and collection functions to accounts and perform the following:

✓ Sending Statement Balance as per agreed SLAs

✓ Perform calls, provide collection schedule and forecast as maybe required

✓ Monitor aged AR ensures all dues for collections are attended promptly to achieve cleansed ledger.

✓ Join meetings and give necessary updates as required.

Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Credit Team.
