Qualification

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • with atleast 5 yrs related experience

  • Monday to Friday work schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Validate project site for all direct operating expenses for AP payment processing related of project construction cost vs approved BOQ budget per signed proposal for billing purposes.
  • Assist in collation of project photos and other requirements for monthly progress billing workwith QS and chasing of needed letter of award, notice to proceed, signed proposal and payment application for preparation of billing invoices.
  • Prepare clients billing invoices with comparative cost per APV.
  • Monitoring of billing recoupment monitoring for downpayment and retention per project site.
  • Inventory monitoring for incoming and approval process prior material issuance to project site use on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist in ensuring creditable withholding tax (CWT) BIR 2307 for billing of materials suppliers and service providers are intact for preparation of quarterly income tax return BIR 1702Q.
  • Assist in database preparation and migration for ERP software and parallel run testing.
  • Ensure GL journal entries are accurate and relate adjusting journal entries are effective in timely manner.
  • Drafting of monthly financial statement and project site PNL for gp analysis.
  • Prepare and review s of monthly tax compliance for BIR expanded wtax, BIR 2550M/Q vat, and BIR 1702Q quarterly income tax return.
  • Assist in preparation of BIR LOA submission of needed docs and reconciliation.
  • Performs other works that are necessary for the project as maybe assigned.
