Mechanical Revit Modeler: Experienced Mechanical Revit modeler/CAD Operator required for immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Production of 3D models
  • 2D output derived from 3D models
  • Spatial coordination
  • Clash detection & resolution

Requirements:

  • Team player with design coordination experience
  • Ability to work with and manage client expectations
  • Ability to work within BIM360
  • Proficient with Autodesk range of products including AutoCAD & Revit MEP
  • Proven ability to use Autodesk Navisworks/Navigator
  • English language proficiency essential (International clients)
  • Strong portfolio of past projects
  • Mechanical Engineering graduate

Workplace

  • Forsspac operates on a hybrid working setup
  • Hours of work are fully flexible, must complete 44 hours a week
  • Main office has desks that can be booked

Remuneration (Per month)

  • Salary range subject to negotiation
  • Beverage allowance Php 500
  • Internet allowance Php1,500
  • Electricity allowance Php1,500
