Job Summary

The primary role of the Revit Modeler is to coordinate and review drawings with the engineering team to ensure alignment with project objectives. This involves proactively advising the team lead of any delays or scope changes, ensuring that drawings are completed to the required quality, schedule, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and review drawings with the Team Lead and Engineers
  • Advise the Team Lead of any delays or scope changes
  • Ensure drawings are completed to the required quality, schedule, and standards
  • Release technical queries daily
  • Maintain up-to-date job folders and progress reports
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma, 8–10+ years of experience
  • Skilled in detailing steel and concrete structures; timber experience a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Enscape, Tekla, and seismic detailing
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and intuition
  • Project experience includes water infrastructure, substations, and multi-story structures with typical detailing
