Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Game Support Associate to join our team. This hyrbrid role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about gaming and customer service. You'll be the first line of support for players, helping resolve issues and ensuring a smooth gaming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to player inquiries via email support
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary
  • Stay updated on game specifications and team processes
  • Monitor in-app announcements, official pages, and social media for updates

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Must have a stable internet connection for remote work
  • Able to start immediately with no prior commitments

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in game support or customer service is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Work Arrangement (Hybrid Set-up):

  • On-site work in Makati City at least once a month (Monday–Friday only)
  • Remaining days are work-from-home
  • Company-provided work unit for remote setup
