Requirements:

  • Active Physician PRC license
  • Completed residency training and passed Board Exam Certification (Diplomate) in the following specialties: Internal Medicine
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work full-time night shift
  • This is a hybrid position with the expectation to go into the office at least 2-3 days a week and must reside within 50 KM of an Optum site.
  • Must have a home internet connection of at least 100 Mbps
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-oriented and can take ownership for initiatives and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve department and corporate goals.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

SALARY PACKAGE:

  • PHP 120,000 - PHP 150,000 Basic Salary + PHP 3,600 NTA Allowance
  • Night shift; Follows US Holidays; Hybrid
