About the Role

As a Medical Doctor in Internal Medicine, you will be a key leader, overseeing and driving the performance of our medical and clinical operations teams. You'll leverage your deep clinical expertise to guide and mentor staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement policies that improve our medical management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to managers and senior-level professional staff, holding accountability for their performance and the success of the department.
  • Serve as a clinical expert, offering guidance to staff on complex medical issues and helping them navigate the medical management system.
  • Oversee and review care coordination programs, including chronic condition management and utilization management, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and approve policies, procedures, and guidelines for all medical and clinical operations, driving continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Active Physician PRC license is required.
  • Completed residency training and Board Certification (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.

Work Details

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (at least 2-3 days a week in the BGC office).
  • Shift: Full-time, night shift (following US holidays).
  • Connectivity: Must have a reliable home internet connection of at least 100 Mbps.
