QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements

● Come up with Test Plan and write Test Cases for Web Applications

● Execute the Test Cases Manually and provide sign Offs

● Define test automation strategies.

● Develop and maintain end-to-end test suites as per below.

● UI Automation:

● Experience on Java or Python programming languages.

● Expertise in creation of test scripts

● Capturing elements dynamically and writing gherkin files

● Basic knowledge/experience on any automation testing tools (ex: Selenium, Test complete etc..)

API Automation:

● Good experience on postman

● Any framework experience using below tools.

● Apache Jmeter,

● Rest Assured

● Ready api

● SoapUI

● Create and execute automated test scripts for regression, functional, and performance testing.

● Identify and report defects, track issues, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution.

● Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.

● Maintain code using Source Control systems majorly Git

● Write clear and concise test documentation, including test plans and test cases.

● Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and share knowledge within the team.
