Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, QA Automation Engineer

In this role, you will be a key member of our test team, responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. You will collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure thorough test coverage and perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

·       Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

·       Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

·       Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.

·       Potentially work on the continuous integration framework for the automation suite.

·       Build automation frameworks and scripts for end-to-end testing, mostly UI testing.

·       Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

·       Experience in software application testing and automation with experience in Selenium with Java or Playwright and Typescript/Javascript.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to plan and prioritize objectives and deliverables.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to drive communication across teams and global locations.

·       Experience working on Scrum teams and familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·       Ability to navigate vague specifications and requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify expectations.

·       Experience in developing and implementing automated tests for platforms with workflows.
