About the role

SUPPLIES STATION, INC. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in SM Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. As a full-time Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of retail associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability for the store.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of retail associates, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
• Monitor and analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to optimise product availability
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute store-level strategies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Ability to motivate and lead a team of retail associates
