Documentation Staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Preferably with 1-3 years of work experience as documentation or administration staff.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail oriented
- Proof reading and editing skills
- Familiar with document management system and online application
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Organization & Filing: Systematically storing, labelling, securing, and archiving physical and digital documents.
- Retrieval: Quicky finding and providing documents or information upon request.
- Data Entry/ Renewal/ Application: Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness in records.
- Process Management: Assist in developing and implementing procedures for document flow, storage and security.
- Compliance: Maintaining records to meet internal standards and external regulations.
Key Skills & tasks:
- Administrative: Clerical duties, data management, using MS Office management system, and online applications/ portals.
- Research: Updating management of any new government related policies, administrative orders, and other related information.
