Job Description:

  • Ensure all EPO's/ ESO's entry are processed and printed thru Sales Invoice.
  • Validates Planned delivery dates (PDD) based on PO life requirement by each accounts as guide for delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate to other customer accounts that request advanced shipping notice (ASN) prior delivery.
  • Regular tagging of unserved orders per classification of items.
  • Request and prepare special permits / government documents (BAI, Vet Closely coordinates with Salesmen and truckers for the reported backload items and with legitimate reasons for returns.
  • Clearances, COA, etc.) prior delivery for all accounts as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience as Order Management Staff or Customer Service
