Salary: ₱28,170 per month + Program Incentives

Your Role:

As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing orders and ensuring smooth transactions between our company and our channel partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Order Reporting: Using the Looker tool for daily order tracking and reporting.
  • Data Consolidation: Handling channel orders and sales data to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
  • Order Management: Overseeing the order process, including tracking, attribution, and commission payouts to our channel partners.
  • Payment Processing: Managing SMB sales orders paid via check and wire transfer.
  • Vendor Setup and Processing: Ensuring smooth setup and processing of channel and customer vendors.

Who We're Looking For:

We need someone who is proactive, skilled in Excel, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to both our internal teams and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable about Salesforce.
  • At least 2nd-year college level (no back subjects).
  • 1+ year of experience in a BPO environment (preferrably).
  • Proficiency in Excel (data handling and analysis).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
