Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications such as phone calls, emails, and messages.
Admin Assistant Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in any similar office role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
- Prepare and update reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist in processing documents for HR, accounting, and other departments as needed.
- Handle visitor inquiries and support front-desk reception tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned by management.
