Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can plan, decide, and execute marketing initiatives from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who likes both strategy and day-to-day implementation and wants to grow with a developing retail brand.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig City. The Marketing Manager will work closely with management, creative partner/s, and store teams to drive brand-building, promotions, and marketing activities across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, decide, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aligned with business goals
- Oversee content, digital, and in-store marketing initiatives (e.g. brand activations, handling events, hosting. etc.)
- Coordinate with external, and internal teams
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing planning and execution (Experience in food and beverage or retail is a plus)
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on working style
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of projects, in a start-up environment
