Job Description:

  • Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective customers, with the goal of closing sales.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct canvassing activities within assigned areas or territories to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Support management by providing insights and assistance in identifying and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate sales activities with the assigned branch and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing performance metrics, including the number of sales achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with demonstrated strong performance and merit promotions
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and can work under pressure
