About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Food Safety Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc.' in Tarlac, Central Luzon. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing food safety policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices
  2. Conducting regular food safety audits and inspections to identify and address any potential risks or issues
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve food safety incidents or customer complaints
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest food safety regulations and industry trends, and sharing this knowledge with the wider team
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the company's food safety management system
  6. Providing guidance and support to the production team to ensure the consistent application of food safety practices

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role, preferably within the food processing industry
  3. Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations, such as HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate food safety risks
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
