DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring aircraft arrivals and departures and amending turnaround schedules if there are delays
  • Liaising with the ground crew and ensuring that tasks, such as cleaning, refueling, and loading, are completed on time.
  • Calculates appropriate payloads and fuel requirements for operational efficiency.
  • Prepares Flight Packages comprising Flight Plans, Operational Flight Plans, weather reports, aircraft weight and balance, and other information needed in flight.
  • Ensuring pre-flight and safety and maintenance checks have been carried out
  • Completing all reports and logs according to the company regulations.
  • Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent certificate in the relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Flight Operations.
  • Holds a valid Flight Dispatcher License and valid class 2 Medical Certificate issued by CAAP
  • Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations.
  • Possess professional disposition with interpersonal skills.
