Product Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Automotive Product Specialist to join our team. As part of your role, you will assist in managing the lifecycle of automotive products and ensuring efficient inventory management to meet market demand. Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Support:

• Develop a strong understanding of automotive products, including their specifications, features, and benefits.
• Provide product training and support to the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to ensure products meet customer needs and industry standards.

Inventory Management:

• Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to monitor product inventory levels.
• Ensure timely availability of products to meet customer demand while optimizing stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Assist in tracking inventory and performing regular stock audits to maintain accurate records.
• Support inventory forecasting to ensure that replenishment orders are made in a timely manner.

Market Analysis & Product Strategy:

• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to make recommendations for product improvements or new offerings.
• Assist in analyzing product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
• Help develop and execute strategies for the successful launch and promotion of automotive products.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure product availability and promote effective selling strategies.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and sales tools to aid in the promotion of products.
• Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure smooth product delivery and avoid inventory disruptions.

Forecasting & Demand Planning:

• Support demand forecasting by analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Help ensure that inventory levels match anticipated demand and adjust plans accordingly.

Customer & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Assist in providing product information to customers, answering inquiries regarding features, availability, and specifications.
• Gather feedback from customers to guide product and inventory improvements.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, product performance, and sales trends for management review.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and product performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience:

• No prior experience required, though any internship or academic project related to product management, inventory control, or automotive products is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interest in the automotive industry and product management.
• Basic understanding of inventory management processes or willingness to learn.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
