Job Details:

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support the company's growth objectives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who can manage a small team while ensuring effective marketing results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the company's overall marketing strategy (digital, traditional, and partnership-based).
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team in executing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Plan and manage advertising, promotions, and social media marketing to drive engagement and sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (posters, flyers, digital ads, and corporate branding).
  • Collaborate closely with management and operations for consistent brand communication.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze marketing data to guide future campaigns.
  • Build relationships with media, vendors, and local partners for brand visibility.

Educational Background, Work Experience and Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative and data-driven approach.
  • Strong background in the courier, logistics, or service industry is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cainta near Sta. Lucia East Mall & Pasig/Marikina LRT station)
