Placement Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the implementation of career placement processes in carrying out functions such as student external ojt endorsement, orientation and graduation.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with the Training Department to schedule and conduct orientation sessions.
- Prepare materials, manage attendance, and deliver comprehensive information on OJT requirements and work habits.
- Prepare and issue endorsement kits and recommendation letters.
- Manage student applications and updates, and handle acceptance forms.
- Track student progress and coordinate with the Registration Department for certificate issuance.
- Prepare lists of graduation candidates and Organize graduation-related activities, including photo shoots and distribution of attire.
- Draft endorsement letters for job placements.
- Maintain communication with industry partners and keep an updated graduate database.
- Submit required documents and maintain thorough records.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology/behavioral Science/human resource Management
- At least 1–3-year work experience.
- Knowledge on MS Office applications.
- Can perform minor behavioral assessment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Can perform clerical work
- Attention to details
- Good Presentation skills.
- High level of accountability.
