JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the implementation of career placement processes in carrying out functions such as student external ojt endorsement, orientation and graduation.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with the Training Department to schedule and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Prepare materials, manage attendance, and deliver comprehensive information on OJT requirements and work habits.
  • Prepare and issue endorsement kits and recommendation letters.
  • Manage student applications and updates, and handle acceptance forms.
  • Track student progress and coordinate with the Registration Department for certificate issuance.
  • Prepare lists of graduation candidates and Organize graduation-related activities, including photo shoots and distribution of attire.
  • Draft endorsement letters for job placements.
  • Maintain communication with industry partners and keep an updated graduate database.
  • Submit required documents and maintain thorough records.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology/behavioral Science/human resource Management
  • At least 1–3-year work experience.
  • Knowledge on MS Office applications.
  • Can perform minor behavioral assessment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Can perform clerical work
  • Attention to details
  • Good Presentation skills.
  • High level of accountability.
