Employee Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Record employee information, like exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain update payroll records.
- Issue record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
- Provide information to employees on payroll related matters.
- Keep track of attendance - absences, late, tardiness etc.
- Conduct verifications of employment.
Skills/Qualification:
- College graduate preferably IT related courses.
- Proficient in MS Word (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Familiarity with Excel Formulas.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Can handle confidential matter.
- With good communication skills.
- Honest and Flexible.
- With communication skills.
- Experience in Timekeeping/Payroll related background is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
