Job Description

We're looking for a
highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst
to join our global finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who's excited to grow their expertise in
FP&A
(Financial Planning & Analysis) and
business partnering
.

You'll work closely with our
FP&A Manager
and
Senior Finance Business Partner
and collaborate with cross-functional teams - particularly
Product Management
and
Product Development
-
to help drive planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.


What You'll Do

  • Deliver
    data-driven insights
    to improve understanding of business performance, key drivers, and trends
  • Support the
    Financial Performance Management
    team with routine reporting, variance analysis, and enhanced analytics
  • Collaborate with the
    Senior Finance Business Partner
    to partner with
    Product Marketing
    and
    Product Development
  • Assist
    Product Managers
    in building strong business cases for new product initiatives
  • Contribute to the
    forecasting and budgeting
    processes
  • Prepare and review
    monthly financial commentary
    , ensuring clarity and relevance
  • Perform
    ad-hoc financial analysis
    to support strategic business decisions
  • Maintain and enhance
    financial models
    and reporting templates
  • Partner with
    Financial Control
    and
    Business Support
    teams to improve month-end processes
  • Help design tools and processes to enhance
    FP&A output
    quality and efficiency

Qualifications


Who You Are

  • Hold a
    Bachelor's degree
    in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Have a
    strong interest in developing a career in Finance
    and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    , especially
    Excel
    (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modelling)
  • Able to
    interpret and connect data
    across multiple systems and sources
  • Skilled at working with
    large data sets
    and turning data into
    actionable insights
  • Meticulous with
    strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing
    tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in
    FP&A, business analysis
    , or a similar role is a
    plus
