We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Team Leader to support daily store operations while managing digital engagement, customer service, and marketing tasks. This position helps lead the grocery team and ensures a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cashiering operations and support grocery staff in daily tasks while maintaining store standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle escalated customer concerns
  • Manage and promote the Appwards App, including customer sign-ups, rewards education, and inquiries
  • Assist with social media content creation, posting, and customer engagement
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and in-store visual displays
  • Oversee product stocking, rotation, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, signage compliance, and up-to-date promotional materials

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or grocery; leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital tools
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
