We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a deep sense of ownership and excellence in execution to lead the end-to-end production of lifestyle, corporate, and brand activation events. Key Responsibilities


• Take full ownership of the event production process—from planning to execution—ensuring each event reflects exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.


• Strategically manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to meet both creative ambitions and operational realities.


• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to build trust and deliver on shared goals with clarity and consistency.


• Oversee on-ground production with confidence, ensuring smooth setup, proactive problem-solving, and efficient dismantling.


• Uphold safety, compliance, and venue regulations with discipline and foresight.


• Lead, guide, and mentor production staff and freelancers, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and respect.


• Continuously seek innovative approaches to elevate the guest experience and improve internal workflows.

Qualifications


• Minimum 3 years of experience in event production across lifestyle, corporate, and brand activations.


• Proven track record in managing complex projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams.


• Skilled in budgeting, vendor negotiations, and contract management.


• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire calm and confidence across teams.


• Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and perform under pressure without compromising standards.
