This includes coordinating all project activities, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for senior management. TheProject Management Specialistcollaborates with clients and other departments to ensure project compatibility and successful delivery. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.Salary:Php 40,000Basic Qualifications> Academic Background:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field> Relevant Work Experience: 2+ years experience in tech project management, with a focus on SaaS productsHighly experienced in handling complex projects following SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall)Previous experience in handling 5 to 10-man roster project/sGood leadership skills, risk management, and decision-making skillsExperience in handling web, mobile, or general software developments, or related work within the SaaS or eCommerce industriesExperience in project planning, resource deployment, and release managementAble to work on multiple projects concurrentlyProven ability to do software release project management and resource planningExperience in handling web, mobile, or general software developments, or related work within the SaaS or eCommerce industriesDuties and Responsibilities:> Project Management:Build all project plans (work plan, team structure, team process, stakeholder involvement plan, configuration management plan, management plans, and the like) under the guidance of the Project Management Officer;Execute project plans and meet the organization's standard schedules and quality;Monitor project execution and provide reports/status updates to the internal management and stakeholders. This includes the management of stakeholder relationships and expectations for the duration of the project;Ensure that contracted development and work requirements are fulfilled. Process scope changes and project issues in stride.
