Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the business in this area focusing Sales and Distribution of Food Ingredients and food packaging for Wet Market, HORECA, retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the NORTH LUZON.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the area.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market dynamics.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and regional events.
- Field Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects across the NORTH LUZON.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and product demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in wholesaling, distributorship, and retailing industry.
- Strong understanding of the North Luzon market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- 1-3 years' experience in Retail Sales Distribution, Commercial and Industrial.
- Preferably residing in Metro Manila.
