Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bulacan for a Manager/Assistant Manager in the Engineering Department. The individual will oversee and manage engineering projects, machineries and its maintenance and troubleshooting, ensure effective implementation of engineering practices, and coordinate with other departments to achieve operational goals. Daily tasks include planning, executing, and monitoring engineering tasks and projects, conducting performance reviews, and managing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Technically equipped especially in handling and recommending machineries
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve engineering processes
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Preferably licensed
  • Proven management experience in an engineering role
  • Ability to work on-site in Bulacan
