About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' as a Non Voice Account Representative. This full-time role is based in Manila City Metro Manila, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support and fostering long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
