The Opportunity:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for a
Systems Escalation Engineer
with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
Windows Server technologies
including
Active Directory (AD)
,
DNS
,
DHCP
,
Hyper-V
,
Distributed File System (DFS)
, and
Print Servers
. Proficiency in
Microsoft Azure
,
Office 365
,
Exchange Online
,
VMware
and
SharePoint
is essential. Basic
PowerShell scripting
and familiarity with
SQL
,
MySQL
, and
Linux
will be considered a strong advantage.

This is an
onsite
role.

What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including:

  • Active Directory (AD)

  • DNS and DHCP
  • Hyper-V and VMware virtualization
  • DFS and Print Server management

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for:

  • Microsoft Azure (AD, VM management, Enterprise Apps, AVD's, Cloud PC's, Intune)

  • Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online

  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 Cloud PC, and Citrix XenDesktop.

  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
  • Participate in 24x7 support operations, including on-call rotation and incident response.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

Who you are:

  • 4–6 years of experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)

  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Print Servers
  • Hyper-V and VMware
  • Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint
  • AVD, Cloud PC's, Citrix XenDesktop / Apps

  • Solid troubleshooting skills across all listed technologies.

  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, and Linux is a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
