Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions—including multimodal LLMs and agentic AI systems—while analyzing large datasets and delivering data-driven insights that directly support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data science, statistics, and programming, combined with a passion for applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex, real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, LLMs, multimodal LLMs, and AI-driven solutions to address diverse business challenges.
  • Explore and implement agentic AI architectures (AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting autonomously) to enable intelligent automation and decision-making.
  • Build and fine-tune NLP/NLU pipelines, generative AI models, and conversational agents using state-of-the-art frameworks.
  • Utilize deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, etc.) for advanced AI and generative applications.
  • Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) with hands-on expertise in GCP services such as Cloud Run, Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Gemini APIs.
  • Leverage modern application platforms (e.g., Streamlit, Dash, Flask) for building interactive AI-powered dashboards, prototypes, and decision-support tools.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and model interpretability assessments to improve performance and trustworthiness.
  • Apply MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model lifecycle management, using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, business stakeholders) to integrate AI capabilities into core products and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and trends, and recommend innovative approaches for business impact.
  • Document models, pipelines, and AI-driven business insights in a clear and reproducible manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data science, with demonstrated expertise in AI, ML, and LLM-based applications.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or R; strong experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • LLM & AI Expertise: Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal AI.
  • Agentic AI: Familiarity with agent-based AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent).
  • Cloud & MLOps: Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and BigQuery. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Application Building: Ability to develop interactive prototypes and apps using Streamlit, Dash, or Flask.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
