About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our vibrant team in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role will be supporting our Travel Account, providing exceptional customer service through virtual channels. As a key member of our Call Centre and Customer Service team, you will play a vital part in delivering world-class support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails, chats and other inquiries in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate information and tailored solutions
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using various customer service tools and technologies
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations
  • Flexibility to work in a virtual environment and adapt to changing customer needs
