Work Location: Cebu Head Office with regular field assignments in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao (store sites)
Office Location: Cogon Ramos, Cebu City (landmark: near Sacred Heart Center)
Salary & Benefits:
- 20,000-23,000 monthly depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:
The HR Officer – Retail & Expansion will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations in support of the company's retail expansion and new consignment business. The role covers manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, performance management, and employee separation for the 10 new retail stores and consignment operations. The HR Officer will ensure that all HR policies, practices, and statutory requirements are implemented consistently across all new sites to support a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Deployment
- Coordinate with the Retail Operations Head and HR Manager to determine manpower requirements for each new store.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, job offer, and onboarding).
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for frontline and support retail roles.
- Ensure all new hires complete pre-employment requirements and orientation.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the HR point of contact for all store-based employees, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary cases.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess employee morale and compliance with company policies.
- Support engagement initiatives to drive retention and morale in store teams.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure proper documentation and HRIS encoding of all employee records (hiring, transfers, terminations).
- Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and coordination with payroll for store-based staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor standards, company policies, and DOLE regulations for all retail and consignment operations.
4. Training & Performance Management
- Coordinate with the Learning & Growth team to ensure new hires attend Core Values and retail-specific training.
- Support managers in cascading KPIs and conducting mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
- Identify training needs based on performance gaps and recommend interventions.
5. Offboarding & Reporting
- Conduct exit interviews and process employee separations efficiently.
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards summarizing headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and disciplinary cases.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to management based on data trends.

V. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' HR generalist experience; background in retail or multi-site operations preferred.
- Familiar with Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel frequently to store sites and handle field HR operations.
