MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Oversee the operations of production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raw material inventory and planning.
  • Production planning, timeline and monitoring.
  • Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product.
  • Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head
  • ISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation.
  • Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring.
  • Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenance reports in order to improve over all operation
  • Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance.
  • Assist in new trail.
  • Establish/Implement/Comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
  • Establish/Implement/Comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
  • Establish/Implement/Comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.
  • Establish/Implement/Comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.
  • Establish/Implement/Comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business.
  • Perform other related task as necessity may require.

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any Engineering course.
  • Atleast with 5 years experience as Production Manager in any manufacturing company.
  • Knowledge of injection molding or any manufacturing industry
  • Able to perform trouble shooting in production activities and improve plant performance
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
