Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily production operations, including production lines, assembly, and quality control, to ensure output meets established targets for quality, quantity, and timeliness. Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency and meet delivery commitments. Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and legally compliant work environment. Establish and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure all products meet or exceed company and customer standards. Lead efforts to address any quality-related issues promptly and effectively. Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, including line managers, production supervisors, and factory workers. Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement on the factory floor. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance. Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Optimize production processes. Prepare and present reports on production performance, cost analysis, and improvement initiatives to senior management. Ensure production output aligns with forecasted demand, lead time requirements, and customer delivery schedules. Proactively manage capacity, labor, and material flow to maintain productivity and meet operational targets.
