We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with government-mandated contributions. This role will serve as a key resource for employees on benefits-related concerns and coordinate with third-party providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits enrollment and HMO programs
- Process SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and claims
- Handle SSS sickness and maternity claims and government loan endorsements
- Coordinate with third-party providers and resolve benefits-related issues
- Ensure compensation and benefits policies comply with labor laws
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government benefits
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
