Executive Specialist

Location: Pasig City (On-site)

Compensation: ₱35,000 – ₱52,500 monthly

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Executive Specialist with a strong background in finance or accounting to support our C-level executives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and can represent the executive office with professionalism and accuracy—especially in handling financial data and business reports.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and documents, including financial summaries and analysis when needed.
  • Assist with reviewing, organizing, and managing finance-related documents such as invoices, budgets, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, and support timely execution of executive priorities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for special projects, including finance-related initiatives.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively propose solutions.

Qualifications
  • Pleasing and professional personality.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Background in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or related fields (formal education or work experience).
  • Ability to understand financial documents, budgets, and basic financial reporting.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with or supporting C-level executives.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheet tools, and productivity software.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
