Job Summary:

The System Analyst will work under the supervision of the Functional Analyst Supervisor and will be responsible for supporting, analyzing and enhancing the organization's existing ERP system while also assisting in the evaluation and implementation of upcoming systems and IT-related projects. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and ensuring that technical solutions meet organizational needs. He/She will collaborate closely with end-users, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve issues, optimize system functionality, and support the successful rollout of new applications and enhancements. The System Analyst acts as a bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with company goals.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the existing ERP system.

  2. Work with end-users to resolve functional/system issues and escalate complex matters to the Functional Analyst Supervisor.

  3. Support ERP module enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.

  4. Gather, document, and validate business requirements from different departments.

  5. Perform process analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements under the guidance of the Functional Analyst Supervisor.

  6. Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and system documentation.

  7. Participate in upcoming system evaluations, implementations, and integrations.

  8. Support project planning, system configuration, data migration, and UAT.

  9. Coordinate with developers, IT teams, and external vendors for system changes or new solutions.

  10. Provide training and user support for ERP modules and new applications.

  11. Work closely with the Functional Analyst Supervisor to ensure alignment with organizational goals and IT standards.

  12. Maintain updated system documentation, process flows, and configuration records.

  13. Ensure system changes follow established IT/ERP governance, security, and compliance standards.

Others: Perform other duties assigned by the management and department head from time to time. Must be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related course.
  • 1-2 years experience in system applications.
