About the role

Join Ascendion as an IT Business Analyst based, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring our IT solutions align with the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
  2. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT development teams
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new IT systems and applications
  4. Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet the defined requirements
  5. Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and processes
  6. Continuously monitor and optimize implemented solutions to drive ongoing improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or a similar analytical role, preferably in the technology industry
  2. Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes
  3. Proficient in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between business and IT
  5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  6. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
