We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Cashier to join our growing Finance team. The Cashier is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling all financial transactions, including cash receipts. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with hospital financial policies and maintaining precise records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments, issue receipts, balance cash drawers, safeguard funds, and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Provide courteous assistance to patients and visitors, address inquiries, and ensure positive financial service interactions.
  • Follow hospital financial policies, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure a clean checkout area. Support other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course (Commerce is a plus) with experience in handling cash transactions preferred.
  • Proficient in POS system operations and basic computer applications; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
